By accessing or using DecisionMind (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Service Description
DecisionMind is a scientific multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) platform that provides:
- Automated MCDM analysis using 100+ scientifically validated methods.
- Decision matrix upload, parsing, and format detection across 15+ data types.
- Strategy recommendation engine with a 20-layer decision pipeline.
- Reproducible, auditable ranking results with sensitivity analysis.
- Export capabilities in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats.
The Service is intended as a decision support tool. Results should be validated by domain experts before use in critical decision-making contexts.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
4. Data & Content
You retain ownership of all decision matrices, analysis configurations, and results you create using the Service (“User Content”). By uploading data, you grant DecisionMind a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Important: Do not upload data containing personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), or classified materials unless you have appropriate authorization and data processing agreements in place.
5. Intellectual Property
The DecisionMind platform, including its MCDM engine, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of DecisionMind and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the analysis engine.
- You may cite DecisionMind results in academic publications with proper attribution.
- API access is governed by separate API terms available to Enterprise customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- DecisionMind makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of analysis results for any specific purpose.
- DecisionMind is not liable for decisions made based on the platform’s output. Users are responsible for validating results with appropriate domain expertise.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
